Innovation Project Engineer in the field of Industry 4.0, with experience in the management of European projects related to ICT, energy efficiency and data analysis; also in the executive design and development of measurement and structural monitoring systems, diagnostics, noise and vibration, fiber optic monitoring systems, FEM simulations, data driven models on applications in the Energy, Structures and Infrastructures sectors, industrial components. Since 2018 I have been collaborating with the Health & Safety team as HSE specialist dealing with Risk management and safety documentation. Driven by a passion for the combination of technology and safety, efficiency and well-being, I am interested in developing innovative projects and solutions, managing people and working in multidisciplinary and international teams. My strengths are a correct methodological approach, problem solving and intellectual curiosity. These qualities have allowed me to tackle projects concerning which also relate to issues not connected to my studies.

BLESS+: REAL TIME MONITORING SYSTEM FOR PIER SCOUR RISK DURING FLOOD
An array of Fiber Bragg grating that proceeds as an array of temperature sensor has been used to process the data related to the stability of the bridges during normal and particular conditions (as for example during floods) for prompt decision making about safety and maintenance. The system, named Bless+, comes from the implementation of Bless patent (Bed Level Seeking System) of Politecnico di Milano

STRUCTURAL MONITORING OF BUILDINGS

During its life cycle, a structure can be exposed to operational and environmental forces or subjected to earthquakes or to other non ordinary loads. These events may have a deep impact on the building safety, and thus a periodic or continuous monitoring of the structure health conditions becomes desirable or even necessary to validate or update analytical models of new or existing buildings and to be able to produce post-event scenarios. The system can be wired or wireless or used in a hybrid solution. The applications cases are related to residential, industrial and hystorical building. 

DATA ANALYSIS

Data analysis of PV plants and buildings energy data to detect fault and inefficiency and to calculate the energy signatures, the overall forecasting of the consumption by starting from common measurement that are easy collected in a smart building like external temperature, wind, the internal temperature.  In this way, one can by-pass the simulation model, and directly obtain estimation of load that can be used to tune and optimize energy consumption to forecast load and energy production of building. 

HOSPITAL PHARMACY _ RESTYLING AND DESIGN

Functional analysis, dimensional survey and architectural project of the hospital pharmacy, working with technicians, designers and pharmacists of the hospital.
